Otley Market

What a shame the rains came yesterday. The sun was shining one minute and then the heavens opened. It is quite good fun under tarp in the rain but not when trying to box up jewellery and keep it dry.

I was in the process of making this pretty pink bracelet that has cake and love hearts on. Did manage to finish it

These are my "can" earrings and they have been very popular in Otley and at UNISON conference. You can't see very well in the picture but there is Heinie Faked Beans, John Doe Scotch Whisky, lemonade, cola, peas, carrots, soup, poison, Iron Brew, refreshers and love hearts and more. They will make a nice present

You can buy these for £3.50 free P&P

Clearer pictures on the way

I had forgotton about this blog

I had completely forgotten I started this blog and my jewellery has changed enormously since I set it up in 2006. I have moved away from selling Peruvian jewellery to selling pretty Murano glass, pandora style bracelets and beads, a whole variety of funky earrings including popcans, chocolate bars and toothpaste.

I am also making miniature foods from fimo and adding them to bracelets and earrings and, I must admit they look great. This picture is a part of my market stall in Otley every Saturday. I try to keep a variety jewellery to appeal to all ages.
